Associations, organizations, teams, and qualified groups interested in hosting a Bradford Minor Hockey–sanctioned tournament are invited to submit a detailed proposal for consideration. The BWGMHA is seeking proposals from vendors/suppliers for the provision of hockey apparel and equipment for the 2026–2027 season, beginning in September 2026. This agreement will cover a three-year term, during which the successful vendor will be the exclusive supplier authorized to use the BWGMHA logo on apparel and equipment. All proposals must be received by January 31st, 2026, to be considered. Final terms and conditions will be negotiated with the successful vendor. The centralization of all Vulnerable Sector Checks will be conducted by the Ontario Hockey Federation (OHF) for all Team Officials and Team Personnel for the 2024-25 season to: 1. ensure all screening is being done. 2. reduce number of screenings where individuals are changing and/or participating in  multiple Associations. 3. provide a safe hockey environment.
