The Bradford West Gwillimbury Minor Hockey Association invites all members to attend the Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, March 25th at 7:00 PM at the Bradford Community Centre.

The AGM is an important opportunity for members to stay informed, review the past season, hear updates on the association’s progress, and participate in discussions that help shape the future of our organization.

Please note: Attendance is limited to registered members of Bradford Minor Hockey who are members in good standing.  Please refer to Bradford Minor Hockey By-Laws for details.  Families with players in South Simcoe will be invited to the South Simcoe Annual meeting in May.

The following Board positions are up for nomination for the 2026–27 season:

• President

  • 2-year term

  • Must have served at least 2 years in the last 3 on the Board

• Vice President of House League/Local League

  • 2-year term

• Treasurer

  • 2-year term

  • Must have served at least 1 year in the last 3 on the Board

• Technical Director

  • 2-year term

• Events Director

  • 2-year term

• Communications Director

  • 2-year term

• Tournament Convenor

  • 2-year term

• Tournament Director

  • 2-year term
