2025-2026 Secretary Board Position Application
Please fill out the application form below to apply for the position of Secretary on the Bradford Minor Hockey Board. ✅ Term: 2 years ✅ Board Involvement: This position holds a seat on both the Bradford Minor Hockey Board and the South Simcoe Minor Hockey Board. 📅 Deadline: Applications must be submitted by April 8th, 2025. I am applying to volunteer with Bradford Minor Hockey.

I understand that if selected, this is a 2-year term holding a position on both the Bradford Minor Hockey Board and the South Simcoe Minor Hockey Board.

I acknowledge that I must:

  • Complete the Respect in Sport for Activity Leaders course.

  • Complete the Gender Identity and Expression course.

  • Obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC).

  • Upload and submit the VSC to the OHF for approval.

I am committed to fulfilling the requirements and responsibilities of this role, including attending meetings and volunteering at events and tournaments.
