I am wishing to apply to volunteer with Bradford Minor Hockey. I am currently registered and insured by OMHA.

I want to volunteer with the Bradford Minor Hockey club events and activities at the Bradford Leisure Center/Bob Fallis Sports Centre during the 2022-23 season.

For all Non Registered Bradford Minor Hockey Volunteers only - Bradford West Gwillimbury Minor Hockey Association is not liable for any injuries sustained.
