Submitted By Shannon Gardiner on Thursday, March 12, 2020
Firstly, our games and events will continue as scheduled at this time. Please remember this is only a game, the safety and health of our community will always come first.

Considering the pandemic status of COVID-19, we are asking our players, parents, family, fans and coaches to consider the following.

  • If anyone is experiencing symptoms that could be related to COVID-19, please do not attend the game and keep children away from the hockey environment if they are showing any signs of infectious disease or virus.
  • At this time, we are also asking that only ONE person from a family enter the dressing room to assist your child getting dressed. Please, no siblings or friends if possible.
  • Please ensure your player has their own water bottle with their name clearly noted on it. In additional, please talk to them about not drinking from other bottles during the game or practice and that this bottle is washed in between use.
  • When players are shaking hands, please do not take their gloves off.
  • Frequent hand washing with soap and water for at least 20 seconds is highly recommended as player are leaving the dressing room. This is also recommended for parents and anyone else who is entering or leaving the dressing room.
  • Please do not bring food into the dressing room.
  • If you have been in contact or are confirmed to have COVID-19 please let your coach know as soon as possible.

We appreciate your cooperation in the above.
