Bradford’s young “Guardians of the gilded gazebos” get some help from CCM and the OMHA
This season Bradford Minor Hockey was lucky to be awarded a
new set CCM Hockey gear thanks to a joint initiative by the OMHA and CCM.
Many
parents cringe when they hear their young athlete say the words “I want to
be a goalie” as they think about the additional costs associated with this
position. In efforts to development more goalies in our program, Bradford Minor
Hockey is committed helping families offset these costs with loaned equipment
and goalie clinics.
Here are some comments from our young goalies when asked what they enjoy about playing this position;
Landon “It’s hard work, but it’s fun to learn all the goalie moves”
Andreas “I like saving the goals”
Marcus “Saving the pucks and helping my friends get goals”
Thanks again to the CCM and OMHA for the assistance. This article has been viewed 6135 times.
