offer our U9 & U11 membership power skating development over the summer months.
AMP Skating Development and Hockey
Training. Over 20 years' experience
coaching both hockey and figure skaters from grassroots to high performance
levels.
Strong skating is the foundation to all of hockey's core skills. Our focus is on developing balance, agility and coordination through strong basics and edge work. While developing a player's skating, we learn various skills correctly and in stages, before adding power and speed. Strong basics are the key to success! We work hard, while having fun....and always end with a sweat check!!
